This is an unusually ordinary looking release from Relax Gaming, and it comes across as a shelf-filler compared to what we know this developer is capable of. It’s a decent North American animal/nature slot though, with realistic animal sounds when you land a win with either of them. The expanding wild with increasing multiplier per respin steals the show, and it’s a feature that can deliver solid payouts on a good day.

Many times you will not get all that many respins though, so the multiplier will not go very high, but once in a while it can take you by surprise. Of course, everything is enhanced once the multiplier only keeps building in the bonus round, and this is where you’re most likely to crack the 20,000x potential. This is a volatile release though, so it might not cater to casual players. Overall, we had a decent time with Wild Hike, but it’s a bit unexpected from a developer that usually goes for the spectacular.
